Starting from Mill Farm, Stanford Bridge at 11am on Monday 19th April.

 

I will advise on training, goal setting, appropriate conditioning for running and recovery, whilst having a load of fun (promise)!!

There will also be a "Improvers Group" starting on the 21st April.
